Travel to Japan through this amazing flavour! Use beforehand (as a marinade), during cooking, as a rub before grilling or simply to finish a dish. We recommend using 1-2 pinches per 200g of food. For plant-based cooking, we suggest grilled tofu, skitake ramen, stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried mushrooms, miso soup, roasted peppers, avocado toast and stir-fried rice noodles with vegetables.
