Authentic and exotic flavour. The Pinch's Shichimi Togarashi is composed of: Cayenne, White Sesame, Black Sesame, Ginger, Orange Peel, Sichuan Pepper and Nori Seaweed. Travel to Japan through this amazing flavour! Use beforehand (as a marinade), during cooking, as a rub before grilling or simply to finish a dish. We recommend using 1-2 pinches per 200g of food.
