This seasoning from The Pinch is rooted in the authentic flavours of India, featuring a medium level of spiciness and a mild, predominant flavour. Our ingredients are 100% natural and high quality, with no salt, preservatives or flavourings. Made up of turmeric, coriander, cumin, cayenne, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, white pepper, allspice, black pepper and mustard. To use our seasoning, we recommend adding 2-3 pizzas (approximately 3g to 4g or 1 teaspoon) per 200g of food. It can be used in marinades, during cooking or spread directly on jerky before grilling. Ideal animal proteins to complement curry dishes: chicken, beef, shrimp, salmon, lamb, pork, duck, mussels and hard-boiled eggs.
